I swear, shopping here felt like an emotional rollercoaster. I’d find something I wanted, get all excited, add it to my cart like I’d struck gold… and then boom, unavailable at checkout. It happened enough times that I started bracing myself for disappointment before even getting to the final step.

My order showed up on time, so I’ll give them that, but the packaging made me feel like I maybe should’ve bought this somewhere else. The box was crushed on one side, and there was barely any padding inside, so the item had clearly been sliding around during shipping.
Luckily nothing was totally broken, but there were a few scuffs, and it just didn’t feel like it had been protected the way it should’ve been. For outdoor gear, I expected something a lot sturdier. I might still order again, but right now I’m definitely feeling a little buyer’s remorse.
